Community Initiative for Job Seekers

Beacon of Hope is proud to be a community initiative in Greater Cincinnati, having created more than 500 job opportunities. Our network of workforce development agencies are a critical piece to make sure that the people entering these jobs are ready for work and supported for long-term success. Please contact our community partners for job seeking support.

Cincinnati Works is located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. The organization has always been a strong partner in workforce development through its pre-employment job readiness program and lifetime support for its Members, including people with criminal records. The organization’s deep relationships with employer partners made it a natural fit to assume operations of the Beacon of Hope Business Alliance as a natural extension of its mission to eliminate poverty through employment.

Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is located inside the CityLink Center. Their program offers a specific and critical type of support for people with a criminal record. Their work crews support individuals learning about working a full-time job and help them transition back into society from incarceration. They use soft skills and on-the-job support to create long-term success.

Life Learning Center is a holistic support partner in the Northern Kentucky area. They offer a 12-week program that focuses on self-sustainability in many areas. We are proud to partner with them for our Northern Kentucky companies.
